Since iLink Assist is utilizing Eagle Eye Network's API to view our cameras, many of the camera issues are falling to something related with Eagle Eye. If you or your staff are experiencing glitches in iLink Assist or Eagle Eye Network platform to view cameras/review footage there is a website that you can see if it is a known EEN issue.
Under "History" you will see issues that have popped up with the EEN website over the last 7 days. It will give you information on when and what time the issue arises, and whether or not it has been resolved. Please look here first when having trouble with the cameras. If the most recent post does not show the time you are experiencing the issue, please create a Help Desk ticket, and I will communicate with the EEN engineers to get it looked at.
